Spiritwatcher Totem can't be cast at range.
Also it doesn't grant unobstructed vision, though that can be fixed by setting the movement to Fly without causing targeting issues.

EDIT:
By the way, Fluster still fails to affect certain units. Giving an ability based off of Channel seems to work well as a filler ability (with the added bonus of not showing in the command card).

Doing some "tooltip checking"/"information checking" I realized the quests(f9) information, about the objectives of the selected map, doesn't load after the map loads the bases and heroes. Checking the latest versions this happens since 1.17b version.

If you haven't already done it, reduce CS's dominant blow circle of lightning graphic detail/particles/w/e, it suffers from the same problem Aero's ultimate graphic lag did in the past.

Retribution's special effect does not disappear if it is interrupted by silences. The actual effect itself does seem to end. Note that the special effect does go away if Retribution is used without getting interrupted.

@Jou: CS's Int Dominant Blow has been changed in this version.

EDIT:
Tidal Curse doesn't seem to reflect the wiki changes.

Reduce Tether's damage (actually hard to get out of range).
Reduce Neutralize's damage. For this, I would argue that the damage scaling should be lowered as the AoE and duration of nets scale to compensate.

Edit 1:
Nerf Mindgem sleep.
Remove bomb gen cheesing strategy against Blue on Storm (complete BS). Probably remove those cliffs too since it provides a hiding area for the enemy.
Change False Alliance (BS in VF font battles). I would argue for a filler ability that just allows for skill cycling (costs no mana, instant cast, low cooldown).
Reduce Hold Person's cast range.

Retribution's tooltip doesn't state that it's now a constant duration.

Edit 6 (9/21/14):
Mini gargs' evasion still lets them evade attacks from heroes.
Nerf Dwarf's heal. He can basically heal to full health whenever he uses it on his pet without having to care about the pet's current health.

Edit 7 (10/11/14):
Starfire(?) from Druids can be used on heroes.
A buff for Neph would be to make his remaining single target spells deal 100% damage to heroes instead of 75%. Vampiric Bite deserves special mention as it's a melee spell; the others would be Scorch, Pain, and Duskslash. Also reiterating that False Alliance is dumb.

Edit 8 (10/24/14):
Scintillate's immolation (AoE damage) doesn't scale with level; it stays at Level 1. Mana regen seems to work fine.

DS: Tried a Totems/Doll/Expunge build in a computer game. Doll is actually a decent harassment tool if you somehow manage to stack DS with Agi (a bit doable since DS can farm with Fire Totem and bouncing attack) and mainly use it to hit enemy heroes with low health.

I'm unsure if it would actually be practical in real games where investing in Doll will cause Mass Healing/Totems to be missed but I guess it's an option if the team decides to risk in being offensive. It definitely requires DS to be paired up with someone so that an enemy hero would actually end up running away instead of DS since he'll be squishier or nonthreatening depending on which skill he gives up.

Being redundant: DS can really make certain heroes miserable just with Cleansing Totem.
