Just some heroes me and my buds came up with, these are the more fleshed out ones, numbers are proly not right but you get the idea.

Creates a Ground Seal at target Location

-Weirding Bolt (Req Lvl1 - Active)(Transmutation)
Purple chain lightning that does no damage, but places a De-buff that stacks up to 4 times and reduces armor.

-Counter (Req Lvl1 – Passive)(Combat)
When the Spell Blade is attacked he has a chance to counter attack.

-Aegis of Transmutation (Req Lvl1 – Active)(Abjuration)
Creates a bubble of magic around the Spell Blade that converts a % of the damage of each hit taken while its on into mana gain but can only take a certain # of hits before it dissipates.
Aegis of Transmutation Mana Cost: 100/175/250/325/380/425
Aegis of Transmutation % of Damage Turned into Mana: %10/15/20/24/29/33/40
Aegis of Transmutation # of Hits Can Absorb: 2/4/6/8/10/12 + (.05 X INT)

-Devouring Slash (Req Lvl15 – Active Ultimate)(Necromancy)
Projects the Spell Blade forward in a line, damaging both Hp and Mana of everything in his path and converting it to his own.
Devouring Slash Cool Down: 90/85/80/75
Devouring Slash Health Drain: 300/420/545/650 + (1/1.5/2/2.5 X INT)
Devouring Slash Mana Drain: 315/420/550/680 + (1/1.5/2/2.5 X STR)

Special Characteristics: Rage Based Mana Start 100 and add 50 every level you get a skill point or when you buy a skill point from shrine. Rage Generated when damage is taken or generated by basic attack or abilities, Rage drains at a so far undetermined rate. Rage Maxes out at 1000. (basicly think of rage from wow, its just a cool mechanic that could be added)

Gives the Pandaren Battlemaster slight evasion, crit chance, and movement speed

-Battle Crys (Req Lvl1 - Active)(Primal) (its like a tab of lesser skills, that share a cool down untill you ult, but all still very useful)

-Bear Rush! (Req Lvl1 – Active)
The Pandaren Battlemaster rushes twords target Hero dealing damage based on distance traveled(determined by AGI) plus some STR based damage, pushing units in path out of way and stunning them and generating rage based on # of united pushed.
Bear Rush Max Range: 350/400/450/500/550/600 + (.2/.4/.6/.8/1/1.2 X AGI)
Bear Rush Damage: 50/100/150/200/250/300 + (.2/.3/.4/.5/.6 X DT) + (.1/.2/.3/.4/.5/.6 X STR)
Bear Rush Units Pushed Stun Duration: .2/.3/.4/.5/.6/.7 seconds

-Spell Breaker (Req Lvl1 – Passive)
Passively blocks a targeted spell targeting the Panderen Battlemaster and generates rage based on the mana cost of the spell, then goes on cool down.

-Titan (Req Lvl15 - Active Ultimate) (Transmutation)
The Panderen Battlemaster Increases in size(Avatar like) and all his other abilities aquire new traits.

Titan Cool Down: 340/300/260/220
Titan Health Bonus: 400/600/800/1000 + (1/2/3/4 X STR)

Makes Great Cleave do its Bleed damage all at once.
-War Crys
Makes all the War Crys on separate cool downs.
-Bear Rush
Cuts Rage cost in half and doubles the amount of rage generated per unit.
-Spell Breaker
Cuts Spell Breakers Cool down in 2/3/4/5

-Ethereal (Req Lvl1 - Avtice) (Enchantment) (I think just the ability to make someone ethereal is amazing by its self, this hero is all about teamwork, very supportive)
Turns target hero ethereal.

-Enlightened Aura (Req Lvl1 - Passive Aura) (Abjuration) (charges on the ability)
Gives med INT buff with bouns mana regen based on charges generated based on the ammount you heal allied units and heroes, charges fade at a med-slow rate.
Enlightened Aura INT buff: 10/20/30/40/50/60
Enlightened Aura Mana Regen: 1/1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5
Enlightened Aura Max Charges: 10/15/20/25/30/35

-Star Strike (Req Lvl1 - Active) (Evocation) (actually have a map with just a skill on it thats perfect for this)
Stars barrage a targeted AOE and deal Medium damage. While Positive, it applys a STR debuff, while negative it applys a small INT debuff.

-Meteor/Comet (Req Lvl1 - Active)(Evocation) (seen this skill in a ToB)
Summons a INT based # of orbs that rotate around the hero you can have up to 18. Orbs pop and deal damage on contact. Meteors(Positive) do more damage, Comets(Negative) apply a small movement speed debuff. If you use this ability while you already have Comets or Meteors around you they will disappear and be replaced by the new ones. You may also toggle how far or close away from you they rotate.

Put the Force Mage into a avatar like state, and summons 6 floating runes around him that drain either health(Negative) or mana(Positive) depending on polarity. Also gives a INT(Positive) or STR(Negative) Buff depending on polarity.
