Hero Idea - The Wrath Lord
Binidkh Legion
The Wrath Lord
Bio: Bini was always mad about something. He was mad about not being the biggest demon. He was mad about not being the strongest demon. He was even mad about not being the most intelligent demon. But mostly he was just mad, and thats what Deinnov saw as useful. Chances are your first encounter with Bini will be with him steaming his way toward you, eager for revenge against whatever makes him mad.
Innate: Passive: RAGE!: Binidkh has no normal mana regeneration, instead each of his melee swings generate mana modified by strength.
Active: Vicarious Tantrum (Buff/Debuff): Bini's Rage is too much for any one being so he likes to share. Either: Places a buff on target friendly creep or hero increasing their damage by a flat amount (modified by int) and causes their normal attacks to trigger Bini's rage effect
- OR - Places a debuff on an enemy unit or hero causing them to take small, int modified damage, every time they normal attack; also triggers Bini's rage effect.
Hopping Mad:
Targeted AoE Damage + Secondary Effect + Movement
While Bini may not be the biggest or the strongest, he is incredibly agile... and angry. Bini leaps into the air landing at his destination with crushing force. He then proceeds to run away furiously until he returns to his starting point, leaving behind a trail of flames in his wake.
Casting Range: 600\625\650\675\700\725
Impact Base Damage: 80\95\110\125\140\155
Impact Agility Modifier: 0.5\0.7\0.9\1.1\1.3\1.5
Impact AoE: 250
Flamewake Damage: 5\10\15\20\25\30
Flamewake Int Modifier: 0.2
Flamewake AoE: 150
Flamewake Duration 4\4\5\5\6\6
Wrathful Wounds:
Passive Self Buff\Conditional AoE Damage:
For every enemy that lands a blow or spell upon Bini he keeps a list, upon which he utters a solemn oath to avenge himself. Unfortunately Bini isn't the most intelligent demon and quickly forgets who actually hurt him unless they constantly remind him.
For every 100 damage Binni takes he gains a stacking buff that increases his attack and movement speeds (Size would be cool too).
This buff is refreshed only upon receiving the requisite damage.
Wounding Haste Buff Duration: 3\4\5\6\7\8 seconds
Wounding Haste (per 100): 10%\9%\8%\7%\6%\5% (Yes its going down)
The reason for the haste buff going down is so that at higher levels, when you have lots of hp it doesn't become ridiculous because of the increasing number of stacks you'll be able to withstand. At lower levels you don't have as much spare health so the difference is to offset that. Now I realize that you could in theory just grab one rank of the skill at a higher level and try and cheese it that way but in that case you won't get access to the higher value AoE damage that could perhaps be made more attractive to encourage skilling up.
As Binni takes damage he stores up additional wrath for his enemies allowing him to unleash it all at once in a fiery conflagration.
Wrathful Exultation AoE: 300 radius around Binnidkh
Wrathful Exultation Damage: 70/70/65/65/60/60 * Number of stacks of Wounding Haste (values subject to change) Consumes the stacks on use.
Weapons of...Wrath:
Optional Self Buff (Spellbook choice)/Secondary Ability Activation
Binni loves hitting things. But what makes him even happier is to hit things with other things. Particularly with his sword Rage, and his Hammer, Spite.
Binni pulls out either Rage or Spite, granting him a passive bonus and an activated ability.
Rage Passive: Attack Speed Increase 10/13/16/19/22/25% Chance on Hit(10%) to reduce armor by 2/4/6/8/10/12
Rage Active: Slash the Target Hero causing them to bleed for Agility modified damage over time. During this they are revealed to Binni.
Spite Passive: Attack Speed Reduction 30/27/24/21/18/15% Damage Increase: 15/20/25/30/35/40
Smite Active: Pound the Target Hero's face in causing Strength modified damage and dazing them.
Hounds of Wrath:
Unit Summon/Conditional Mana Burn
While Binni is typically enraged over most things, there are things that he enjoys. Raising his pet Fel Hounds to be suicidal bombs is one of those things. Whenever Binni summons his hounds they will simply attack whatever stands in their way but if an enemy hero gets too close they will pounce on it and explode dealing damage and draining mana.
Hounds are uncontrollable
Wrath Hound Summoned: 2/2/3/3/4/4
Wrath Hound Melee Damage: 25
Wrath Hound Explosion damage: 50/60/70/80/90/100
Wrath Hound Mana Burn: 80/100/120/140/160/180
Wrath Hound Mana Burn Int Modifer: 0.3/0.5/0.7/0.9/1.1/1.3
Ultimate - I am Legion:
Clone
Binnidkh Legion, the Wrath Lord, had a problem. He wanted to fight more, in every battle possible, so despite not being the most intelligent demon he came up with a solution. He would split himself into copies that would in turn take part in battle and when at last they came back together, he would have the pleasure of receiving all their experiences (good and bad).
Bini splits into copies of himself that have access to all abilities learned (except for his ultimate). When activated Bini's current mana is split among his copies, and the copies in turn will only gain mana in the same way Bini would normally. All damage and mana gains are returned to Bini after the spell expires.

I would actually love to see a rage-based hero.

Re: Hero Idea - The Wrath Lord
updated Weapons of wrath, no longer a random buff but now a active choice of which weapon to use.
