My last one for a while now, to fulfill the draft.


Hero
Name: Doleus
Hero Class: Phantom
Background: Theoretically Doleus is nothing more but a machine , created and bound to existence by the demons
only for one purpose: Destruction. He is the avatar of pain and very able to bring exactly this to the
horde's enemies. He is an elemental and thus loyal to the one that has bound him to existence aswell
as the allies of that person. So Doleus is one of the deadliest weapons in the arsenal of the horde.

Model Suggestion: Either Void Walker or Revenant based model
Attribute Suggestions: Strength : 14 + 1.6 per Level
Agility : 13 + 1.2 per Level (Primary)
Intelligence: 25 + 2.5 per Level

Base Attack : 56 - 61
Base Attack Speed: 1.36
Base Armor : 4
Base MS : 300
Attack Range : 600
Projectile : I'd suggest a purple magic missile , kind of the arcane tower missile

Faction: Fel Horde

Skills

Innate: Disembodiment
Doleus becomes astral for a short duration and gains increased movement speed.
Astral Duration: 4 seconds
Movement Speed Bonus: 50 %
Can walk through units
Type: Abjuration; Instant
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Mana Cost: 30

First Skill: Blade Barrier
Doleus creates a blade barrier at target location, the barrier deals damage to units passing it and
increases this damage for each consecutive second such units remain on the barrier.

Blade Barrier Damage: 50 + 0.3 * Int / 70 + 0.4 * Int / 90 + 0.5 * Int / 110 + 0.6 * Int / 130 + 0.7 * Int
/150 + 0.8 * Int physical damage every 2 seconds
Damage increase per tick: 15 %
Barrier Length: 500 / 600 / 700 / 800 / 900 / 1000
Barrier Width: 200 / 225 / 250 / 275 / 300 / 350
Duration: 15 / 18 / 20 / 23 / 26 / 30 seconds
Type: Conjuration , Physical ; Target area
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Mana Cost: 100 / 124 / 148 / 172 / 196 / 220
Cast Range: 800

Second Skill: Lightning Spray
Doleus releases several lightning balls which will head to target location and seek targets.
The lightning balls deal evocation damage on impact and prefer heroes and blade barriers as targets.
If a blade barrier is hit by a lightning ball a shock ripples through it , damaging all units within the
blade barrier while also dealing bonus damage.

Lightning Ball Damage: 50 + 0.35 * Int evocation damage
Lightning Ball Amount: 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15 / 18
If Hero and Barrier is located in Area: 40 % Chance to hit heroes, 40 % chance to hit barrier , 20 %
chance to hit common.
If Hero or Barrier is located in Area : 60 % Chance to hit either heroes or bladebarrier , 40 % chance
to hit common.
Bonus damage on a barrier being hit : 10 + 0.1 * Int
Type: Evocation ; Target Area
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Mana Cost: 80 / 95 / 110 / 125 / 140 / 155
AoE Range: 600

Third Skill: Agonizing Fate
Doleus links a couple of hostile units together, if one of the linked units suffers damage, the damage is
also applied to all other units linked. Heroes suffer from reduced damage. If a unit is too far away from
another linked unit, the link will vanish.

Units linked together : 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9
Link Jump Range : 250 / 300 / 350 / 400 / 450 / 500
Link Maintenance Range: 700 Maximum Range before vanishing.
Link Duration: 20 + 0.1 * Int seconds
Damage shared: 100 % on common , 60 % on heroes
Type: Necromancy ; Target Unit , Debuff
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Mana Cost: 135 / 155 / 177 / 200 / 214 / 240

Fourth Skill Unbending
Doleus is able to enchant himself or an allied hero with a protective layer which blocks a spell or phyiscal
damage that would be equal to 5% of the heroes maximum hitpoints . If a spell or phyiscal damage are
prevented this way a protection from magic or physical damage is applied to the target afterwards, for
several seconds.
Magic Resistance after blocking a spell: 10 % / 15 % / 20 % / 25 % / 30 % / 35 % Magic Resistance for
5 + 0.05 * Int seconds
Physical Resistance after suffering physical damage: Reduces physical damage taken by 20 % / 28 % /
36 % / 45 % / 55 % / 70 % for 5 + 0.05 * Int
seconds.
Type: Enchantment ; Target Hero , Buff
Duration: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 seconds
Cooldown: 45 seconds seconds
Mana Cost: 135 / 158 / 180 / 198 / 207 / 220

Eternal Pain
Doleus cripples target hostile hero, greatly reducing its mobility. Furthermroe target hero is unallied by all
his allies, rendering him hostile to them. The next physical damage the cursed hero suffers from will
remove these effects and be amplified by a great amount.

Amplified damage on next physical attack: 400 % / 600 % / 800 % / 1000 %
MS and AS reduced by 40 %
Duration: 15 / 18 / 22 / 25 seconds
Type: Necromancy ; Target Hero , Debuff
Cooldown: 180 seconds
Mana Cost: 190 / 230 / 260 / 290
Cast Range : 1000



Talents


Dismember Upgrades: 2
Crystal Cost: 13 / 17
Skills affected: Blade Barrier
Description: Units hit by Blade Barrier will have their movement speed reduced by 10 / 20 %, 20
seconds on common , 5 on heros.

Generalize Upgrades: 2
Crystal Cost: 8 / 16
Skills affected: Unbending
Description: Unbending will also block physical damage higher than 400 / 200 and apply the physical
resistance instead of only doing so when the damage is equal to 5 % of therh eroes
maximum hitpoints.

Not for a Waste Upgrades: 3
Crystal Cost: 12 / 16 / 20
Skills affected: Eternal Pain
Description: The amplified damage only occurs if the cursed hero suffer of 40 / 60 / 80 damage or more.

Restraint Upgrades: 4
Crystal Cost: 9 / 12 / 15 / 18
Skills affected: Agonizing Fate
Description: Increases the jump range of Agonizing Fate by 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 and the
Maximum range before a link vanishes by 100 / 200 / 300 / 400

Seems pretty good. When you say "astral" do u mean ethereal?

Aye, I mean ethereal with astral.

Also nerfed the suggestion for agonizing bonds, since it was way too powerful.
