Well, I really didn't figure out all the numbers, but with 200 int (not that uncommon) and lvl 6, it's not out of the question.

Curious, are you fairly new to EotA? If so, check out the hero Gravel, he's got an armor reduction spell that around 25 at six. I know alot of people don't like it, but I max it when playing a PK version of him.

Too, if your talking only 10ish armor lost with 150 int and lvl 3, then maybe it's ok, idk, you'd have to figure out what it does at 6 to really know or not if it's OP.

Iv played it quite a few times with coke and such. Balancing aside im trying to figure out wether i like it as a spell at all.

We've played it many a time, but as map makers we don't really have time to get "Good" at any maps.

And Dark, I think that amount of armor for wicked eye is pretty fair considering the player usually wouldn't control the target for the faerie fire, and if it targeted a different unit each time, that gives it only a small window of opportunity to take a bunch of damage.
