Entangling Seed undispellable.

Looks like a bug (if its a balance thing, it needs to become dispellable to start).

Sometimes the entangling effect doesn't trigger at all, too.

Yeah, I've noticed this as well. Sometimes only the damage effect triggers, and not the entangle.
