Pimp my Arcane Wagon

What'd be neat, is the ability to pay to add features to a player owned Arcane Wagon.

The ability to add a light fountain of restoration effect on it.
The ability to give it a ranged attack for structures.
The ability to warp to it, like town halls.
And whatever other things to add to it.

Adding things to it will lower its move speed, encouraging but not forcing to get multiple wagons for different tasks.

This IS an interesting idea. It'd be almost like a generator because you'd use energy to build the improvements, but it moves!! We need to come up with some more upgrades for this wagon. PIMP MY RIDE!
