IWind Storm
Creates a blast of wind that reduces enemy’s MS by 25% for 20 sec.
During this time, the prevailing winds make it difficult to see the Earth Shaman in addition to granting him 35% Evasion for the duration.

Lightning Shield
Creates a shield of Lightning around the hero, blocking dmg and dealing x dmg to any unit around the hero. If attacked, their is a x chance to stun the enemy hero.

Talent
Strike: Deals x (Int) dmg to any units that attack hero while lighting shield is used.

Savage Thirst
Kills an enemy unit, restoring x percent of its hit points as health and mana for the hero. Also takes a percentage of the units health and adds it as attack for the Earth Shaman. If the hit points restored is over half of the units health, summons a Fel Fiend from the corpse of that unit to fight for Shrreg.

Fel Fiends acquire additional hit points, attack, armor, and limited abilities as the skill is leveled.

1) 500 HP, 10 A, 19 At
2) 650 HP, 14 A, 23 At
3) 800 HP, 17 A, 27 AtCleave ability. Gives a chance to deal double dmg in a cone around the Fel Fiend.
4) 1000 HP, 21 A, 31 At,
Bone Armor ability. Creates a wall of bones that blocks 35% of all physical dmg and gives 10% magic dmg reduction.
5) 1200 HP, 25 A, 35 At, Improved Cleave ability. Further increases the effects of Cleave.
6) 1350 HP 30 A, 39 At
Improved Bone Armor ability. Further adds block to Bone Armor, granting 50% reduction to all physical attacks and 25% to magic attacks and spells.

Talent

Reciprocate: Gives a x percent chance for another, lesser Fel Fiend to be spawned out of the previous one. Lesser Fel Fiends have a third of the armor, attack, and HP of the original and do don't have any abilities.

Banish
Banishes a target unit, removing all buffs and debuffs. For every debuff removed, steals x armor and gives it to the Earth Shaman. If dispelled, deals x (Agi) dmg and adds a further % of armor to Shrreg.

Induced Fear
Fills target enemies will total fear, reducing attack, MS, and AS by x% for y seconds. Should IF be removed, deals x dot dmg to enemy hero for z seconds.

Talents
Induced Death: applies x additional dmg to the dot effect should the affected hero try to heal within y sec of being afflicted.

ULightning Storm
Randomly sends forks of Lighting crashing to the ground, dealing small AoE dmg and giving a chance to be shocked for x seconds. Also reduces enemy heros armor by a factor of 5 and slows MS by 25%. Towers that are affected cannot attack for the duration they are stunned.

Says that the winds make it harder to see the hero sounds a bit odd. Is it supposed to make a sandstorm or something like that?

You could just say that the winds make it harder to hit the shaman.

Yeah, I was actually having qualms about this one. Its suppose to resemble something like INf halfway into her stealth, kinda a half-ether state, if that makes any sense. Although your idea would work too, giving the Shammy insane evasion for a short time. I'll have to think about that one, see how the crowd reacts.
