Candle leaver creates mini obelisk tower

Well, I found a mini obelisk tower on the ground shortly after someone left the game on candle.
<EotA@Azeroth> YAKS GO MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Dekar: the ultimate ocean themed hero should buff and depend on spawn waves!
DarnYak: why is that

I's seen it happen in Gloomreap as well, same scenario. I think the player may have dropped it before leaving. In which case would make sense if such is true.

i also saw that as well, its pretty rare though
