I think its time to balance the talent costs against each other:
Sheep Strike costs something along the line of 7+9+11+13 = 40 crystal for a total of 12% chance for 2 second sheep on Demo Blow.
Scarabs healwave to nuke talent costs about 10+12 = 22 and deals roughly 75% ( rather more I think ) max hp damage units on lvl 35, without int items.
Imo sheep strike should be reduced in cost (25?) and the proc change increased, the Healingwave talent should be more expensive and maybe the damage reduced abit.
Meltwater costs ?22? and Rues flying fountain 30 crystal.
The elementals should be cheaper and buffed.

Cost balance would definitely be a nice thing. There are a lot of talents that are potentially good, but are trashy because of their cost. I'd like to see ownership talent for Arcane Mistress decreased a bit.
Another thing that'd be nice to have, is having crystals to start with. (Perhaps 10 crystals?)
