Invalid Code Count Exceeded

Hello; I evidently managed to get my account frozen in regards to saving codes after attempting to save a faulty code several times, trying different variations on some of the potential characters (I versus l, etc.). I'd be very grateful if someone would unfreeze this so I could start saving codes again.
