I'm aware that other topics talk about bots being down however they were a year or more ago (and this bot was functioning last week).

Regardless the bot disappeared from USwest around 4 days ago and has not returned since. I find myself (and several of my friends) unable to play because our codes are stored on the bot. I'd appreciate it if whoever is responsible for the bot could bring it back up.

EotA bot is required for EotA-HB bot to work.

You: .hostpub <name>
EotA: .pubby <You> <name>
EotA-HB makes a game named <name> and with <You> as the "host"

So if you don't see EotA sitting in the channel, then it won't work for you.

The user "Eota" isn't online on US West (I can't load my codes), a simple /whois Eota reveals that the bot isn't online; however, Eota-HB is and is functional (meaning it is regularly hosting with the game titled: EotA 5v5 All Pick #X).
Is there something that i'm completely missing?

Edit: Also, i can't join the channel "Clan Eota", as it says it is a "restricted channel". (Note that I'm not a clan member)

Auto host doesn't need EotA to be there per say.

However, as someone with no bot access and such, to tell it to host a game, you need EotA to be there.

There is no Clan EotA channel on west, it's been dropped for quite some time. I'm sure Tehw00tz would be eager to see its revival. With enough people, you probably could. >_>

EotA not being there is the issue, is there any way to address this?

And I'm not about to organize something, but I'll help the clan to be reformed if necessary.

Edit: After logging onto east, Eota is no longer available there either.
Edit #2: Eota also isn't online in Europe. I apologize if I'm being annoying or stating redundant information.

Just be patient, the EotA bot will be back online eventually.

True dat, I pushed the fuck out of the "Disband Clan" button a while ago. If you want to reform West feel free, I'll even help, but I'm most likely to stick around East. Trial and error has not been kind to West Clans
