Okay, I'm posting here to provide a location for admin guidelines.

Admin guidlines:
Bans:
Admins may only ban spambots and people intentionally breaking countdown multiple times.

Kicks:
Admins may only kick people with a download speed of about 1% per 2.5 seconds or slower and a player in-game that has been completely inactive for 3 minutes or greater.

If someone is claiming to be admin and threatening to ban, kick, or the likes, feel free to kick them out of the game.

End game:
End game should only be used when the game is completely stuck (the likelyhood of that happening in EotA is highly unlikely), so pretty much never.

Unhost:
Unhosting game lobby should only be used when there's a broken lobby. Broken lobby occurs when bot disconnects from battle.net while having an unfulfilled lobby, whereas the lobby no longer can have people join, thus preventing the bot from hosting any other games.

Ping, From, Getgames, Getgame #, and like-features:
No rules I can think of for these, go ahead and use them.

Saygames and Saygame #:
Har har, only root admin has access to do these commands.

Admins that do anything other than these things (i.e. banning someone because they "piss you off") will be removes and may even be banned from the bot. And for the things they may do, they don't have to use them, hence "may".

Not so important note: Those with Asterisks are admins for both bots.

Other things:
If there's something I forgot to mention for what admins can and cannot do, bring it up. If there's someone you think that should be mod, bring it up (someone who's decently active and won't abuse).

If an admin steps out of the bounds, bring it up.

About new moderators:
Moderators will be decided in two ways...
-A person catches my eye as worthy of moderator.
-Some moderators or reputable EotA people (older school ones) suggest it.

What will make you eye catching? Well, the most important, is that you can follow the rules as an admin. The frequency of how much you play is nice, but not completely critical.

Well this is something I'd like for its own thread. The other ones I wouldn't care if they were deleted, some I'm pretty sure everyone is updated. If I had a locked topic that I could post updates in, that'd be nice.

When I'm online, I do my best to make sure that the bot is continually going, but sometimes I get into games and get distracted... so if you notice the bot is stuck, and Unleash_HeLL2 is online (USEast) send me a whisper and I'll fix 'er right up!

now its in a game, and it won't start even if game is full. it needs 2 players more, at least it says so. but there are not 12 slots

Greetings, I am a shaman on Europe by the Nickname of s-s-sorlag.
I want to apply for bot adminhood since I am quite active on Europe and it would have some advantages to me having some control over the bot.
Furthermore I have a question about the rules. What about kicking pregame spammers which keep insisting to spam, altough you told them to stop several times?
Are Admins allowed to get rid of such nuisance by the kick command ?

I don't think its a big deal, but if action really "must" be taken, there's always .mute <soandso> which I would obviously want undone later.

I've been playing more of a "I come to you" kind of system. But I may consider it if you get Dekar's approval.

that will also ping you faster if you're in the game lobby

I haven't seen many of the admin's around lately. I think I have played 1 game each with Azure-ghost, ahkmed, and unleashhell in the last 2 months and haven't seen any others. It's not often that admins are needed for the bot, but occasionally there are reasons for them. I think a new wave of admins might be a good idea. I see BanEvasion, Thermie, and Twinkilla04 on the most and would be good as admins.
