Stealthbots go bye-bye?

So apparently blizzard updated Warden and now most bots get disconnected every 2 minutes.

Not only that I also read that bots in continued used will get the cd keys used added to the next mass banning, I think that is just speculation though.

That sucks. Now I am going to have to write down my code unless there is a work-around.

no you are right, warden is on, at least on east right now. That means no stealthbot anymore until they decide to turn it off, which is gay. For now the host bot seems to be working still, but that could change too.

I think what you read is very old news regarding starcraft keys used for stealthbot.

I didnt notice anything unusual.

Thats troublesome.

EotA on euro seems to be fine. Same on east or is Warden not yet active over here?

Furion said Listchecker and Ghost++ get also owned by Warden and that there is an uproar in the DotA community.
Ofc that will make Blizzard disable/fix Warden and/or the DotA community fixes all that stuff to bypass Warden imo.

I think it's a poor move, since these things require extra keys to be able to run while playing which means people buying more of their product. If they were smart they'd just go back to random selected key bans, then they could make even more money. >_>

We will see if the people allow Bliizard to take away their rights bit for bit until nothing is left ... or if they stand up and defend what their fathers fought so hard for.

probably they will just leave bnet alltogether and use garena, hamachi and whatnot more.

Since this does not really depend on cdkeys like bnet, i doub that is what blizzard was heading for.

Ghost and Stealthbot have fixes out (granted, slightly complicated to get working), so hopefully the bots will be returning within a few days.

im a bit nervious about using the ghostbot fix since its using my cd key right now. The order i made for another set got cancled for some damn reason. I will work on getting the stealthbots back up today if possible.

This ticks me off too. If Blizzard doesn't watch it, they're going to end up cutting their own throat; people have power, and nothing stirs up anger in someone like being denied his due. People have used third party programs including bots for years now. I can see why this would cause an uproar in the DotA community too; they heavily use third party programs to make lag practically non-existent, and almost every single DotA hoster has an auto refresher. Since DotA gamers make up about half of the people on Battle.net, Blizzard had better watch their step.

Is there any way you could like post the current codes somewhere? Or maybe PM me mine? Perhaps this should be a private message. I just didn't tend to keep up with my save code since the bot remembered it for me, and now the bot don't log on no mo.
