It's only hard if you're like a subhuman and didn't destroy the air in the previous mission.

Protip: Planetary Fortresses don't take food, so you can make a billion of them even though you're on 200/200.

planetary fortresses do not alone a defense make! Although they may help if you actually teched to them, I always liked perdition turrets >><<

You can actually go back and choose the other mission, at least I could, using my "free promotional download" version.

I said planetary forts + 200/200 army. That should be like 30 food SCVs, 50 food banshees, 90 food tanks and 30 food marines (in bunkers, duh). When you get a billion minerals you can suicide your SCVs and make battlecruisers instead.

I beat hard All In with 3 PF left side, 2 right side, a row behind them for ~10 SCV per side, row of siege tanks behind the SCV and a group of banshees to take care of worms.

The only problem is Kerrigan using her razor storm skill on the SCV, killing them all, but with some reserve SCV nearby it should be fine on brutal.

But I heard air with the zerg mindcontrol towers is also not bad, just take over all the broodlords.

Yea but I was close enough that I didn't want to repeat that mission. It took quite a few reloads from bad kerrigan attacks but I got it (with more or less no health left on artifact but still)

artifact wins are the best kinds of wins.

Mindcontrol towers suck. You have to bait Broodlords into their range (Broodlords sit just outside their AoE) and even then the Broodlords don't add a ton until you mass 3+ of them and then they can help vs. Kerrigan. I've only beat it on Hard though, I haven't played SC campaign in awhile.

I found it fairly easy on Hard though, I bet it will be a huge pain in the ass on Brutal but hopefully I get lucky.

Brutal All In was easier than expected. If you engange Kerrigan early enough with your banshee force, she will cast the storm on them, saving your SCV.

I only had about 11 tanks defending in total and basically just built banshees for most of the game. One time a PF on the right side was killed, but for the first time in 4 campaign runs I used the quick build with multiple SCV ( saved 1 million during my brutal run and just had to spend it on something ) to hold the position without problems.

Just now I remember that I wanted to build the zerg slow tower, but forgot to do so.

Also given the fact that you dont have to save your artefact uses for an achievement like on hard, its really not that hard with the right strategy.
The last protoss mission was far harder for me, had to load a dozen time because I was always short 2-50 kills.

And just yesterday I found out there are 2 upgrades for the PF at the engi bay! :(
Unless they are melee only.

Any progress on Exodus?

Those are melee only, and after several attempts and a 99.5% failure I finally managed to kill kerrigan for the umpteenth time right as the artifact hit 100% *yay*

Only nubs use planetary fortresses on All In brutal mode. Real pros go with a ridiculous number of siege tanks in conjunction with Psi Disruptors. Real pros also use a go-force of about 30 marines to take down Kerrigan. Obviously, you have to destroy air in the previous mission.
