Original Heroes

Reborn was talking yesterday how most of the original, pre-1.07 heroes in EotA haven't gone through a re-program. I thought I'd throw this up here to get people's thoughts on these heroes, what could use changes (if any) and also to give Yak to, if he wants to, post some of the changes he was planning or has planned to implement with them.
The "original" heroes I talk about, for those who came after 1.07 is everything but Tact and on UC everything but Harpy. However, I suppose it's fair to talk about Harpy since she's supposed to get some big changes as well (Tact I personally think is okay and has undergone a revamp with her Flank but you can bring her up if you must).
