Hows the Huntsman? It looks REALLY fun, but I can't seem to get my hands on it.

Casval, I just tape down my left mouse button, park my char in front of a supply closet, and let it run all night on a friend's private server. 'bout half of mine are from that.

The +attack command in the console might save you some tape ~~

That is true. I don't mind my tape method (Doesn't take very much tape, and that can be re-used 'cause it doesn't require much pressure) but the +attack thing. . .heh, never even thought about that.

FFS I just got the Huntsman and the model is on the LEFT side? That screws me up so bad.

Add me to Steam btw. Name is "Full Frontal".

Well, Link, of Legend of Zelda fame is left-handed. They want the sniper to appear to be.. Link apparently. He's got the sword (khukri, machete, whatever), the bow (Huntsmen), and the shield(Razorback).

Kekeke.

Also, I found this a couple of hours ago:
http://www.sourceop.com/modules.php?nam ... sc&start=0

Click 'n run. Connects to a non-VAC server set up by the guy who made the program, I believe. I've gotten two items from it so far. Be sure to read the full thread before you try it out.

If you're so worried, Reaper, I know I've seen a couple of "IDLE ONLY" servers floating around. I'm sure you could go and, well, idle there overnight to get some items.

Yeah I'd say it's not worth a VAC ban, I'd much rather put myself into an achievement_idle server than risk that.

Valve would lose a lot of respect of they banned people over this. It's a system they created that's not only flawed but highly unpopular. Really, it's the same thing as going into an idle server without heating up your system, so it's taking advantage of the same basic loopholes in the system that's been present since forever.

Anyway, I'm still running it.

^Indeed.

The other one that got me was:
  • Fixed issue with the Ambassador where it couldn't damage buildings.
So THAT would be why 1 sapper and 3 clips later, that sentry is still standing.

I dunno, Dekar, I far prefer the "Decloak behind their dispenser, have the sentry gun spin around and blow the Engineer who built it into the Stone Age while trying to hit you" method. =D

Ok, the Ambassador can now : Deal damage to the sentry, pierce it and headshot the engi behind it and hit the dispenser behind the engi in one shot. Now thats a cannon without wheels.
Btw, I managed to kill 2 people with 1 shot today. :o
