Decoy + Moderators Hammer = Wrong Decoy color
Decoy does not prevent regeneration auras of outposts.
Very minor problem: GT frozen mana do not restore mana.
AP bug and pretty minor and also thematic. Mana Rush increases his innate mana gain at least, so in the future you can look at it and maybe think of something.
