Does anyone know any background information on the Fel Orcs? Or were I may find some. With the new faction needed additional heros, I think it would be important to find out some of their culture n' such.

Didn't they inhabit Outlands and fight against the Draenei and Blood Elves?

The thing you have to realize is that Eota lore isn't part of Warcraft 3 lore, they just use the same models and junk.

From Eota:Exodus we know this about the Fel orcs.

Their leader is Deinnov, a pit lord.
They use Ogres, Demons, and Fel Orcs (Ogres haven't appeared in Eota:Twilight at all, except for a conquest mode race).

Kedge was an Orc Warlord who landed on a beach. The Orcs are also from a different continent then the Elves/Creeps/Undead. Know as far as I know, we don't know for sure if these Orcs were the Fel Orcs (though it leads to be since there are no other Orcs in any Eota)

This is actually what I wanted to know. What creatures they used and stuff like that.

Kedge was green orc, not fel orc. At the time they weren't on friendly terms with the humans, and Kedge's Landing is when this particular group of orcs were fleeing the demons and landed there. Then they had to fight the humans and make their own home. They moved inland from Kedge and the humans took it back over. Eventually they settled somewhere in/around the mountains of the dwarves, but since the dwarves are underground they didn't care much about the orcs.
