Hero Pages

#1 Post by Sparda963 »

Do you guys prefer the hero guides in the current site, or would you prefer hero pages with their stats, skills and stats, and general information about them?

Post suggestions/comments about the hero pages here.

Definately need a wiki imo. At worst you can have admin locked pages of the wiki for hero stats if things dont work, but its really the most reliable thing short of me updating all hero stats and such myself (which I really don't want to do).

Well yeah, that is the problem too. Personally i would like to see both types. Locked pages with the base stats, what they get for stats at a lvl, and the skills their stats at their lvls and everything like that. That part would take time, but i think once its done it would be really good, then you can have both. Someone can just look at the hard coded pages to see everything about the hero, then look at the strategy guides to see what other people have done with the hero.

You already have a wiki for that:

I am talking about an embeded wiki inside the website itself. I think yak pointed out some software for that, i have yet to check it out though. If it turns out to be decent and everything i will copy everything from the one that is already setup and paste it into the embeded one on the site. Users would still be able to add their own touches and stuff to it as well.
