Re-organized the forums

As you probably all noticed, I redid the forums so there aren't so many.
Somehow, at least one thread got lost even though I told it to move here (the missing forum suggestion thread), but I think it was the only one.

meh, the only thread in there was the ding dong the forge is dead thread, so no big loss

No, that one's still around (off topic, I think)
The one that vanished was created by you as suggestions for new forums. Its not a big loss, just i dont know why the hell it got deleted at all

meh, who knows lol, no big loss in the end though, the important stuff survived.
