Okay, an idea I have for the scroll...
Scroll gives a MASSIVE slow d-buff, that the hero can barely move.
A player will have to ask "why am I moving so slow?"
-"it's because you have the scroll in your inventory."
They'll either look at it, or they'll drop it, allowing someone else to get it.

Second...
When a player sells a mini obelisk, it announces it to the entire team.
"ThinksHeCanTakeOnTheWorld has sold a miniobelisk."

Except i strongly feel that should be a viable alternative, if you have a good plan in mind. Its a bad thing that there aren't really any right now.

Slow: I have yet to see a noob who asks why the Noob! shows up regulary above his head, I dont think they will ask because of the slow, rather leave and delete the crappy map. Also there must not be someone to explain them why they are slowed.

Sell: Does building on the wrong position count, too? Because im doing that every single game, and I am not the only one. Imo every above average player should "sell" it in 90% of his games. See the Obelisk guide for more information.

I've only had two people ask me, its sad that they don't even notice.

Never been asked either, sometimes I bring it up, but they seem unwilling to want to talk about it. I guess they just kind of accept those stupid title things as normal for Warcraft maps without comment.

Even so, it's information that a team should have rights to.

Most people should be selling their obelisk towers. One or two of you are going to be taking contestable obelisks, but the rest of you should sell and get your builder to that out of the way location, thus allowing you to get the maximum EXP. I use it to guarantee I get the Orb of Fury as Swash, early lvl 2 merc push with buffs, etc. It's not a bad thing to do.
