I love you Yak

#1 Post by BLUEPOWERVAN »

I miss you and your map making! I really hope you come back to it in the starcraft 2 future, even though I know time moves on and probably you will be too busy being successful and paid for your work to return to your craft. Still, here's to you! *raises a toast to you with a nice merlot*

Thanks for all the memories

I'm not quite gone yet =P In the next few days I'm planning to make a bigger post, as all the important rl shit will be out of the way. Thanks Blue.

And yes, I'm sure tox will say "wait but you've been playing a crappy asian mmorpg, how is that rl shit". When I do serious work on EotA, I need to invest large, constant blocks of time over several weeks, playing a crappy asian mmorpg I can drop it to do other crap whenever the hell I feel like it. Its not nessarily how it needs to be, but its how I've come to work on EotA.

More info in a few days.

Hmm, think that happened a bit early to be a Christmas miracle, maybe an early Christmas miracle or just regular one. Depends on time frame for such things, but he was posting in other areas earlier than this.

LuL, map making sure does require solid blocks of time. It's annoying to resume on a half finished set of triggers for a function that you knew exactly how to put together at the time.

So, I'm a newb again, either from lack of skill, or lack of play time that means I have cause to act foolish and after leaving newb status I can blame it on that...hmmm. Been awhile...actually I've never been a newb for more than a week...hmm gonna have to put this down, when did i start playing Eota to simply learn the basics? 1 year maybe 2? Yes by far a record.

Oh well, now that I'm done working on Battlecraft Paradigm (Starcraft Map), I can finish my Lane Command map (Starcraft), and my Mech Standoff map (Starcraft), then I can make a Warcraft III version of my Lane Command map (Built after Battlecraft on Starcraft, moddled to fit the AoS populous), a Warcraft III version of Mech Standoff.

Then when I'm finally finished with those list of maps, I'm probably going to make an "EotA edition" of Lane Command.

"When will you see you're not funny?" te, arimasu? New players complaining about the game upon first death are more valid than that statement. I should not have to go into detail the fact that you have no idea what those maps are, nor should I have explain how you do not know the quality of my work. It seems as though I ended up doing so anyways, damn your ignorance tactics.

You poor thing you, you just try so ever hard to be like Jamn, but you just can't do it. Maybe you should try to be Demon86 instead, you're close enough to him as is.

With that approach, people except for the moderators are going to assume that you're a third account of me. Even though I don't say "kawaii," or end with a phrase, like "~dasu dasu," "de, arimasu," though I have considered using "deyansu."

I know I shouldn't be correcting Japanese only being on the beginning of Level II. But I believe it should be "Storamin wa kawaikunai"
