A comprehensive list would be appreciated. So far I know:
aero mael with incerate for flame tornadoes
ice spire on nightmare for freezing
howl on nightmare for wake up+ dmge (says this on tooltip... lol)
and there used to be dash through flame of the devout... think might have gotten taken out.
Anybody know any others they care to share?

siphon glyph on backfire'd targets for instant explosion

Encouragement sacrifice on units with rebirth for special unit.
Charge and Swoop for extra damage. Hard to time though.

you can sacrifice Rue's guard with remorseless I think, gives some type of shield I heard. I wonder about the naga's?

if you use martyr's thunderstrike on Rue he gains a buff that will do additional damage on his next mortal strike. damage seems to be dependant on what aura Rue has activated, no idea if he gains the buff if he hasn't trained auras or mortal strike.
