Lack of a Quest Menu for game info or an introductory paragraph for game modes or written commands can make it confusing for some people. Perhaps the forums could host a Sticky topic that displays every available in-game command and their effects? I'm talking about things like All Heroes, Full Skill Points, and so on.
Additionally, maybe future versions of the map could make use of the F9 menu and display them there with other essentials, to make the map more newbie-friendly.

Re: In-game Commands
EotA isn't designed to be newbie friendly. It's intentional, it weeds out those who don't want to put in an effort in order to get something out of the game.
I'm this forum's MVP.

Name a game besides games that fall under "casual games" genre, "mini-games" category, and isn't a cinematic loaded jRPG.
