Well, her pet, though they are kinda one on the same.
Edit: Yes, Neph is pretty cool. A high level Life Tap and Some Str rings and Health orb make him the imba Tanker. Its pretty ridiculous not having to purchase a mana/Int item the whole game thanks to life tap =)
