Arranged Matchmade games.

So here's the idea I have... People get in as a pool of players with two "team captains." Of course, the same old same old one captain picks, then the other picks. The picking order goes as...
Captain 1 picks player...
Captain 2 picks player...
Captain 2 picks player...
Captain 1 picks player...
Captain 1 picks player...
Captain 2 picks player...
Captain 2 picks player...
Captain 1 picks player...
Then after teams are picked, all playing players will vote for who didn't get picked as game match maker.
Game Match maker will pick what map they'll choose and what heroes teams will get.
The minimum requirements a team is to have...
At least one AoE hero.
At least one support hero.
At least one hero killer.
Ultimates that provide, AoE, Support, of Hero Killing, as their own will not fulfill requirements.
The arranged matchmade games will be "random players" checked.
So, what is thought of this?
Captain 1 picks player...
Captain 2 picks player...
Captain 2 picks player...
Captain 1 picks player...
Captain 1 picks player...
Captain 2 picks player...
