Some AI improvements, bugfixes, some minor balance stuff.

No problems yet? Is it time to release the final bug free version?

Chili still refuses to work sometimes.
Chef can't target air units.
-spawncap and -spawnrate do not work properly in multiplayer games (intended?)
GH should probably be toned down.

Timbercurse balancing. Long duration, cheap mana cost, short cooldown, and affecting towers all contribute to it being OP.
If you haven't, you could reduce Doll's range so it won't screw up melee heroes so badly.

I'll add the spammy debug code back in then. Or maybe someone can get it to break in the earlier version that has the debug stuff. I couldn't get it to break when I wanted to test it.

There should be no difference between single and multiplayer games. I did notice that for spawnrate I forgot to list it as being a % instead of the formerly used duration between spawns (so use -spawnrate 200 to double spawns)

It intentionaly had long range so you can catch people trying to run, but I'll reduce it and just let players put themselves in a proper position to take advantage of it.

It's too easy to spam with murlocs.

EDIT:
You should remove the energy perk in Candle even though no one cares about it.
I underestimated the stat perk; it gives a pretty strong edge to all heroes in the beginning by making them less squishy and able to spam more spells.

Why you always gotta underestimate me.

This post adds a reminder to Yak about boosting Gloves of Evoc and the other gloves no one uses.

EDIT:
Minor Tweak Guide for Neph:
Shred - Unfortunately doesn't hit air which doesn't make sense since Vampiric Bite can. (So Neph can use his mouth to attack flying units but his arms are too stubby?)
Plunder - Get rid of the unhelpful dispel or fix it to actually get rid of friendly buffs. Would be nice if it could do something against spawns.
Blastwave - Mana scaling is a bit high. Either reduce mana cost or scale the damage.
Scintillate - Immolation effect is unnoticeable and doesn't seem to scale with level.
Fire Trees - Buggy in that it doesn't always create trees (Possibly due to not having vision). Wouldn't mind to see just one big tree emerge that's more buffed than the individual three trees.
Silence - For scaling, would be nice if casting range increased a bit in exchange for a smaller boost in the AoE.
Vampiric Bite - Mana cost should definitely be lower and/or damage output could be increased.
Fireballs - Damage output from this skill doesn't seem that strong, especially since it gets divided.
Immortal's Breath - High mana cost with the already high cooldown seems discouraging.

EDIT 2:
Retaliate - Could you make sure locust is added to the images? When they have collision, they creepblock Neph.
Are you fine with Chili affecting Owls?
Faster Soul Strike is nice, but it's still very easy to escape without the talented stun. I think the range could be increased.

The workers were on my team. Might have been due to hiring Blackguard.
Also, level 4 ult for Fire Panda dealing about 2500 damage was awesome.
