Re: Part 1: Introduction & Beginnings

Amen to that. Most AoS games I've played are far too restrictive or dependent on doing things a certain way; DotA is a prime example due to it's huge reliance on personal skill and items. EotA's huge size and outpost system allows for a lot of fun because you aren't restricted to one base all game ...

Why not just change polymorph to a stun?

Also, thanks for these posts. They're a very good read.

Re: List of Bugs

Wasn't there a bug with that earlier, when the animation didn't get created if the cast point was over impassable terrain? I might be mistaken, though.

I think this problem requires a social (fairer teams) rather than a technical (-surrender) solution.

Re: New Host Bot

The bot does, but you can connect to the bot directly without interacting with battle.net.

Also, Blizzard shut down Warden so there is no need for BNLS anymore.

Ghost can send games to your LAN. You need to VPN to your server somehow. I'm running a bot for various stuff currently, if you have any questions about setting it up, I'd be glad to help.

While that's true, it does have tanks with a bouncing splashing siege attack and phoenix fire based rockets. Yesterday we made an army of tanks and wtfpwned Halo's base.

Anyone interested in playing Exodus on Northrend?

Games would be hosted on a bot hosted in Europe. Requirements are that you must know the game and that you can use English.

Also Setokaiva please tell those guys to remove that shoutbox, it's incredibly annoying to have to scroll down on every pageload and there doesn't appear to be any way for a regular user to hide the (huge) shoutbox.

(Oh and do take this as constructive criticism given with the best intentions.)
