It's a bad idea. Even now it takes forever for HostEm games to fill up.
Make an option for bot admins to tell the bot to set the next game's mode do XYZ.

Every hero that's high level and fed can do insane shit. The only fair solution to that would be to reduce the level cap to around 45, and only allow players to use like 200 crystal in a game, regardless of how much they earn.
