Re: WTH....Yak?
Typically things aren't too worth getting into, because when doing game design, no promises can be made. Take the Black Hole and Time Bomb for the Protoss Mothership in Starcraft II as an example. >_>

Re: Warcraft III registry autobuild (Most Specifically for Dark)
Assuming if the reason Battle.net can't patch is because it can't find the .exe because it's not listed in registry. Though it could just not like the version of Warcraft III.exe/Frozen Throne.exe you have. Which wouldn't surprise me since most no-cd cracking methods require you replace Warcraft III...

Nephilum (current), if blood and ultimate are in the build. Indefinite use of his AoE ultimate, which actually hurts towers.
You forgot Colossus, he gets two moves that can wreck towers, is tanky, and is great at whacking a tower with his innate boosted attack.

Re: Hero attacks! (Most specifically for Yak)
I was just thinking of adding a skill upon their spawn that boosts their stats. And why does Tactician keep popping its head into my tower/core suggestions?

Re: Hero attacks! (Most specifically for Yak)
I don't see where banners and storm spires devalidate the concept of buff towers. Improved Unit + Banner > Unit With Banner, it's pretty fundamental. And another thing to look into as perspective, the units that spawn by default cover three different types of damage, normal, pierce, and magic, impro...

Funny, because I did an AVG scan before uploading, and it found nothing. I suppose I should let the code speak for itself? #NoEnv ; Recommended for performance and compatibility with future AutoHotkey releases. SendMode Input ; Recommended for new scripts due to its superior speed and reliability. S...

Warcraft III registry autobuild (Most Specifically for Dark)
This is a tool that was a collab project between SomethingGuy and I (but mostly SomethingGuy's doing) put together. Anyways, it automatically finds Warcraft III's install directory and builds the registry accordingly. To use it, just download, open the zip, then run the exe. Simple as that. If you w...

Maybe soon, once I completely figure out how to work file-looping for AHK so it can find a file's location then add it to registry.

Re: Need some help
Raw codes, they is an ASCII value that Warcraft III uses as object type handlers. Or put crudely, each unit, destructible/doodad, spell, and buff has their "own page" in a "book," and that is kind of like their page number. They're also always 4 digit. Though you don't necessaril...

Re: Warcraft 3 patch (1.23a)
It was the same problem before I uploaded the reg file, that mind you, he never even figured out what to do with it. It wasn't an assumption, it was a dice roll. The idea was "if it worked, problem solved, if it didn't, no harm no foul, we'd merely be in the same boat and now have to go into mo...

You could implement "buffer towers" that beef units that spawn at the place they're in.

Re: Hero attacks! (Most specifically for Yak)
While on the topic, has you considered limiting a spawn of something per lane, and in compensating for having more spawn towers than can spawn, have the reward for more of the spawn be quicker respawn (allowed to spawn out of cycle)? Or giving them revival upon death based on how many more towers? A...

Re: Hero attacks! (Most specifically for Yak)
Though not my question I was wondering that. But what I was asking about is are the all created to start or created as necessary? For example... Scenario 1) 60 footman, 20 archer, and 20 sorceresses are created at the start and are stored to variables/groups. Scenario 2) 3 footmen are created, 1 arc...

Which probably explains the lag of no return scenario, unless you precreate all the units including towers, or do you have them get stored as new ones are built?

Re: Acid Reaver
Caustic Breath IS the Rune Knights 3 AoEs. Its instant, good damage, and something people seem to be missing is it as a short as hell cooldown. On top of this caustic breath hurts buildings. Syphon Glyph can be dispelled, destroyed, or walked out of, and can't hurt towers along with about a standard...

Re: Hero attacks! (Most specifically for Yak)
I'm basing on what I've seen Vexorian said, then confirmed for myself. Did a test in this instance, it checks out; a test that anyone else could easily do as well in case they don't trust me. It was tested in a harsh scenario, and still checked out. Even if I did bring up solid number, I'm sure I'd ...

Re: [Elves] Ghim Bronzehammer--Guard of the Mountain
Well Scarab's armor is still a true passive and so is whatever Swashbuckler's innate is called, but that doesn't mean Yak doesn't want to shift out of them. Passives are generally "bleh," a waste a skill slot. I feel that the unit icon/menu slots should be full of things you can "do.&...

Re: Acid Reaver
Caustic Breath is still great. Caustic Breath was uber before Yak fixed it's cone hit area which made it over the top, I consider such a thing as a counter balance towards fixing his cone area hit. Acid Reaver with Caustic Breath alone right now can decimate army, hurt heroes really bad that get in ...
