Yak, you fixed it for the Vampire (I was there, man). I just double checked it and yes it is still broken for frozen treasures. Any item affected by it when the hero dies will appear where the hero was when Brain Freeze was cast on him. (No duplication, the hero loses the item.)

something needs to be nerfed about air, either their targeting or damage or something. They are far and away the best choice for almost every situation and the only real counter to them is to build two air.

the major issues are the ice spinner black globe like item freezing ability causing items to drop
the insane harpy knockback/damage

The only really important things are swoop and the frozen treasures talent bug (which bugs in the same way as the vampire's power used to). I would fix these myself but it messes with the filesize and im not sure what else.
