Re: Another topic about everybodys favorite country

Yea and don't forget Obama killed that guy right after his birth certificate came out to distract the public away from it obviously being fake. If he's willing to murder someone for that what wouldn't he be willing to do, including abuse this new law?
You a Donald Trump follower, Yak?

Re: Another topic about everybodys favorite country

Lets be fair here, it is not like Republicans were trying very hard to shoot down NDAA it could even be argued that they were bigger supporters of the bill. And with over 2/3s vote in both House and Senate it was going to get passed even if Obama were to veto it, and if he would have vetoed it, he ...

Re: Another topic about everybodys favorite country

The best part is when he signed it he said something along the lines of "dont worry i don't intend to abuse it." I believe that, unfortunately he won't be president forever... or will he??? Nope. He's got less than a year before he gets the pink slip. Let me hear whats going on over there...

Re: The Great Hero Review: Creeps

Completely agree here. The only hero that is potentially worse is Scarab. The Swoop change made her even worse because it's impossible to get the max range with her easily missing the hero if he/she moves a bit. Level 1 sucks because she moves so slow. At level 6, the minimum damage was 510, but the...

Looks good so far.
Siege and AoE heroes look like they'll do pretty well here with the tower layers.
Yeah, loving the layering. Looks great.

Re: New Gloomreap Mire

Sounds interesting. I say go for it. The Gloom revamp looks good btw (new lanes, that is). My only concern is this: Notes: - It doesn't look as swamplike/gloomy as it ought to, in part because I had to remove water to make the lanes clearer, but also in part becaus its got blue water in the editor i...

Re: Balancing hero heals

And nobody uses the Garg heal and she sucks overall anyway. Gargoyle is not a "she"? And wtf...that hero doesn't suck? Skill level 6 at hero level 25 without any items, ~1000 max hp on casters. AC with Cure Wounds: 962 heal every 12 seconds, 850 over 39s selfheal AA with Ethereal Healing:...

Re: Socketed helmets: the good, bad, and ugly (give feedback)

Some of the wording is a little confusing, which is why when I paraphrased what you wrote and put into the other post it got me in alot of trouble. Other than that, most of the effects seems clear whether they affected heroes, units, or both. I'm almost certain you specially mentioned the 1,00...

Greyed out for "can only be used at +5" for slots is a bad solution.
Yes, let's bog down Yak complaining about pointless things. As if he doesn't have plenty of other things to do in EotA.

Re: Helmets: effects with sockets

First of all, if you intended it to be just a, "simple list, not an explanation" then preface your initial post saying so. The title of the thread being what it is suggests a list of the effects that can be gained on helms with a different socket item, which to be accurate would require e...

Re: Helmets: effects with sockets

I cant imagine how many, if any of these, are correct. Your lack of a full explanation of this effect makes me think none of these are correct. Executioner’s Hood *Zealot’s Cowl Attacks restore 15 mana. That is wrong, and its a huge wrong at that. The full effect is Restores mana when attacking an ...

Blooming Wreath appears to be broken, unless the effect is passive? In which case it's still broken? or I simply haven't noticed any healing being done :(

Re: Socketed helmets: the good, bad, and ugly (give feedback)

“The negative stats appear to stack continuously” which has nothing to do with rings. The rest should be self explanatory. I was referring to an individual item, not any collection of them. In this case, the "trigger" is set via each attack. So each time the hero hits an enemy hero it rem...

Re: Socketed helmets: the good, bad, and ugly (give feedback)

what triggers the effect
You clicking on the item icon? :o
and if the effect stacks.
They aren't rings. You only get one helmet.
It is difficult to assess the value of each item without further explanation of their effects.
Already went over this. See the URL in my previous posting.

Socketed helmets: the good, bad, and ugly (give feedback)

Most, if not all of the helmets need a price reduction, something in the range of 500-1200 gold, depending on the helmet, stats, bonus auras/menaces, skills, and/or added abilities. Here is a list of the prices, stats, and added goodies each socketed helm comes with: http://eota.emufarmers.com/forum...
