Scarab is lacking imo... Lifewave must have got tweaked? Smite is ridiculously heavy on mana (even with an orb), his ult is too short to be effective, and carapace (while good) is a passive. I am going to have to stop randoming, I have gotten that hero twice now... Avoiding him like the plague until...
