iirc, it does siege damage. and thus makes for amazing backdooring, and also lasts a ridiculously long time (i think until the hero dies). tbh its among the things i've forgotton about, up there with termite jars, sappers, level up books, and <REDACTED>.

yeah the etoa can be annoying, but its still readable. using a capital i to replace an l is just plain stupid. a normal night i usually see about 75-100 games played. tonight i saw about 15 go by. confusing naming that is hard to read defeats the purpose of the bot, as lanthis has pointed out.

or it would be nice if some checks were made so that a lesser buff won't overwrite a greater buff (ultimates should have top priority). might be a little much to code everything, but just getting it so ultimates aren't overwritten would kick ass.

I always figured the big issue with the BP is his complete lack of scaling. the proc part. I think its similar to why lightning orbs/slowing orbs/poison orbs dont stack in standard tft games. i don't think it works with the bouncing attack on DS either.

well the towers could be strategically important to the left lane.if you are able to take over the sentry tower on the enemy side, it becomes one hell of a holding point.

Novelty gens aren't necessary a bad thing, though if thats all they are intended to be it would be nice to get confirmation. I really think the devastation gens work fine if their purpose is a ridiculously cheap tower (less than one sixth the cost of the next cheapest defensive tower). perhaps lower...

oh, and heres a replay to show DN that artifact whoring does indeed happen. two artifact whores on the same team, the defiler and the tact both get multiple artifacts and upgrade them. same replay as in the tower thread, so its a two-fer, showing off devastation gens as well.

I think their best use is as a cheap tower (150 gold) that will pay for itself in killing blows if you understand it isn't a tank. all it needs is to kill 10 melee spawns and you've broke even. set them up on lanes that are regularly getting pushed for some extra defense + cash. i often use them if ...

The tower captains seem to run to the moontear lane and not get into towers. makes the tower lane very close to useless, in terms of map strategy. anyway, attached a replay showing it.
