So lvl one of the talent gives 5% per level

2 levels of the talent gives 10% per level

lvl 1: 5/10%
lvl2: 10/20%
lvl3: 15/30%
lvl4: 20:40%
lvl5: 25/50%
lvl6: 30/60%

So naturally you're going to see them later in the game when shaman levels up his totem more.
