I found the problem. It's bad ram, and to make matters worse, I've been installing windows with bad ram which corrupted it, and apparently corrupted the Warcraft III files while installing with it. I have my lesser fall back ram for the time being, but I won't be installing Windows again... Until I'...

Bot has been updated and is now running on 1.24c.

The new Ghost has a GUI config, which is where I found out map download speed is shared between players, and not a limit per player, so I cranked it up to 150kbps instead of 40kbps.
