You can keep the dmg values of the old skill just a different way to fire it away.

If you want a match without obs ? play gloom. Plain and simple. No obs there ... cores get massed automaticly no real need to intervene.

Leave everything as it is. You need around 40 games to reach lvl 6. Thats not much if you actually save.
